DUNGEON
DIVERS
How deep are you willing to go?
Build your expedition. Wake the heroes the Crucible still remembers. Descend into a world that should not be alive.
Survey 01 · The Descent
The village lives off the deep
Dungeon Divers is a game about going down: further each run, with better teams, into strata that make less and less sense. Descent is the economy, the story, and the risk.
0 m
The Village
Everything above ground is paid for by what comes from below. The winch has not stopped in living memory.
−80 m
The Working Depths
Expeditions leave with maps, rations and orders. Every expedition brings something back.
−600 m
Past the Surveys
The galleries stop matching the charts. Teams push on anyway. Some things return changed.
− ? m
Below Record
No chart, no charter, no witnesses that stayed whole. This is where you are going.
Survey 02 · Preparation
Build your expedition
The fighting takes care of itself. Every fight is settled by the work you did above: who you send, how you arm them, and which of their strange talents you choose to trust.
- Composition
- Four slots, dozens of classes, and no room for a passenger.
- Talents
- Rolled fresh at every recall. Each of the Awakened keeps what it learned, including from the deaths.
- Equipment
- Everything the Depths give up can be turned against them.
- Synergies
- Classes answer each other. Some combinations should not work. They do.

Survey 03 · The Crucible
Heroes return from the Crucible
Your heroes are remembered back into shape.
The Awakened died once already. The Crucible returns them to you: willing, capable, and not entirely the people they were. No two recalls are alike, and not all of them stay. Some are given back, and what made them precious passes to another. Your best heroes are built out of the dead.
Heroes die. The Crucible remembers.
Survey 04 · The Recalled
Classes of the Awakened
Three archetypes, seven disciplines. The standard specializations are the backbone of every expedition; the heroic ones surface from the Crucible on their own schedule. And the Crucible does not always respect the borders between them.

Survey 05 · The Strata
Explore the Depths
The first strata still resemble places people could have made. That resemblance does not survive the descent.

The Mines
Iron veins and forgotten workings. The oldest tunnels known, and the last ones that behave like tunnels should.

The Caverns
Natural caverns and underground rivers. Unstable stone. The surveyors mark the safe routes in chalk, and rewrite them weekly.

The Crypts
Forgotten crypts and burial halls, far older than the village above them. The dead were laid facing downward. All of them.
Deeper worlds exist. Their surveys are sealed.
Sealed Survey · What Lies Below
“The deeper the tunnels run, the less they resemble tunnels.”

Answer the call of the Crucible
The first galleries have been mapped. Beyond them, certainty ends. Build your roster, shape your heroes, and when you finally create something completely unreasonable, take it deeper.
